Wolverine Marks the Start of Summer Movie Season

X-Men Origins: Wolverine opens in theaters today, marking the start of this summer’s action packed movie season. Over the next few months we can look forward to Star Trek, Angels & Demons, Terminator Salvation, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Public Enemies, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince and G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra, just to name a few.

The reviews for Wolverine haven’t been stellar by any means (a sad 37% on Rotten Tomatoes). Usually, such poor reviews would scare me off, but, to get into the spirit of things, I think I’ll go see it anyway.

Although Wolverine may prove to be a disappointment, I have high hopes for the new Star Trek, which opens next Friday. Click here to watch the official trailer.
